| Description | Deliver the following to NOAA ONMS Key West National Marine Sanctuary: • Remove existing roof membrane (approximately - 300 square feet). • Remove existing roof flashing (approximately - 80 linear feet). • Replace any roof decking deemed to be failed (up to 300 square feet). • Haul away any roofing parts removed. • Install approximately 300 sf of standard EPDM roof membrane underlayment (30 mils or greater). • Install up to 300 sf of corrugated metal roof deck (26 gauge or higher). • Install approximately 80 lf of roof flashing. |
