Academy Sports buildout project in Pineville (Charlotte), NC. The building as it sits now is a Burlington store, roughly 53,166 SF, there will be some selective interior and exterior demolition required. Then we will be adding some exterior features to the building. The interior will be completely remodeled to match the floorplan in the plan room. There are some sketches of the building in its current state as well as sketches of the work to be done for the Academy. There are also pictures of the building as it sits now. There will be some assumptions that will have to be made, just note them in your budget proposal. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Building demolition, polished concrete, masonry, steel and steel erection, millwork, EIFS, stucco, Nichiha siding, roofing, caulking, hollow metal doors and hardware, drywall and framing, painting, acoustical ceilings, tile, toilet partitions and accessories, wall & corner guards, awnings/canopies, loading dock equipment, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
