Solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Energy Management Services. 1. APS Energy Team/Energy Center: To address the daunting task of energy and resource management within their large building footprint, APS assembled a group of select employees with dedicated specialties who monitor, analyze, regulate, and improve all aspects of water and energy use throughout the District. These personnel operate out of a centralized APS Energy Center equipped with monitoring platforms and database interfaces that allow efficient implementation of their assigned tasks.
