Changes in quantities in excess of 20% may allow successful bidder to re-negotiate unit costs. Final payment will be based on quantity. All bids must be good for 90 days. Failure to submit acknowledgement of any addenda (if provided by the Town), with the solicitation response, may be grounds for deeming the submittal non-responsive.
