SIDING ASSEMBLY DESCRIPTION 1. Douglas Fir Siding Natural Wood T1-11 Panel Thickness: .594” Sizes: 4’x8’ Attachment: Attached with mechanical fasteners 2. Cedar trim boards Thickness: .75” Length: 8 - 12’ Widths: 3.5”, 5.5” Texture: Roughsawn Attachment: Attached with mechanical fasteners 1. Insulation 2. Water-resistive barrier 3. Windows High quality vinyl-clad double pane casement windows similar in style and dimension as the existing. 4. Paint 5. Primer The topcoat paint shall be a high quality exterior grade latex paint with a satin finish. Owner will provide paint colors information. The primer shall be a high quality exterior grade latex primer 1. Existing Stationary Windows (6) – Replace rotted or compromised trim and/or sills with cedar or pressure treated wood. 2. Remove and replace rotted fascia board with cedar boards of same dimension (at east side corner). 3. Remove and replace (1) section of deteriorated plywood soffit panel (at east side corner). 3 PAINTING PRO SHOP EXTERIOR (ENTIRE STRUCTURE) 1. Powerwash masonry block and existing wood. 2. Prime all new wood and any bare existing masonry block and/or wood. 3. Topcoat entire structure Cart Barn Building Exterior 4. NORTH SIDE BUILDING REPAIRS – LEAN-TO 1. Remove and replace all existing T1-11 siding of entire length of building. Install (2) additional 2’ x 6” pressure treated horizontal frame members (nailers) to existing 4”x4” columns prior to installing new T1-11. 5. WEST END BUILDING REPAIRS – BLOCK STRUCTURE AND LEAN-TO 1. Remove all existing plywood siding from gable and replace with T1-11 2. Remove and replace all existing fascia board with cedar of same dimension. 3. Remove and replace all existing trim boards with cedar of same dimension. 6. PAINTING CART BARN EXTERIOR (BLOCK STRUCTURE AND LEAN-TO) 1. Powerwash block and existing wood. 2. Prime all new wood and any bare masonry block and/or existing wood. 3. Topcoat existing structure.
