| Description | This Project includes the complete removal of the existing roof, and installation of a new 16”wide, 26 gauge pre-painted standing seam metal roof system on two roof areas (60’x80’, 40’x40’), a complete removal and installation of the 40’ x 105’ single slope portion, using a new 26 gauge pre-painted “R” panel type roof and 3” minimum of WMPVR faced insulation Charleston Marina Complex Maintenance Shop Roof Replacement Project INVITATION TO BID 00120 - 4 Oregon International Port of Coos Bay October 2021 metal building insulation, with an alternate price to overlay a new metal roof over the existing roof (40’x105’) using a notched sub-purlin such as Roof Hugger or equal and adding 11/2” of blanket fiberglass insulation and vapor barrier. All building edge trims (gable, gutter, downspouts, transitions, etc.) shall be included in both options. The bidder will be responsible for the clean-up and disposal of all work-related debris. |
