The scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) represents a new furnishing requirement for the City Heights Residence and Dining hall and consists of 7 Stories total – in approximately total GSF: 175,354. - 6 stories of residential (97,848 NSF of residential dorm floors, 7,770 NSF of lobby) - 1 story dining area (11,238 NSF) - 3 stories of Learning Commons consisting of student services (33,638 NSF) The project is scheduled to be substantially complete on August 2, 2021 and open for occupancy for the Fall 2021 Semester.
