Professional Architectural and/or Engineering Services for Feasibility and Design of the Castlewood Subdivision Wastewater System

The scope of work shall include two phases: feasibility analysis and engineering design phase, bid phase, and construction phase services necessary to construct a wastewater system in the Castlewood Subdivision and surrounding area as shown on Attachment W - Castlewood Feasibility and Design RFQ Scope Exhibit I. The scope of work is anticipated to include approximately 25,800 linear feet of wastewater collection and trunk lines, approximately five hundred (500) wastewater service connections, abandonment of septic tanks, a wastewater lift station, and approximately 7,000 linear feet of sanitary force main.
