Middle School Family Consumer Science Remodel

The Project consists of a 1,568 square foot remodeling of the existing Family Consumer Science Classroom located on the second floor of the Middle School including: two (2)new food preparation work stations with new casework; replacing the kitchen countertop and casework; replacing two sinks, and adding two new sinks; removing 1,100 SF of carpet tile and approximately 468 SF of 12" x 12" vinyl floor tile; providing new 12" x 12" vinyl floor tile throughout the 1,568 SF; installation of range hoods for eight (8) electric ranges (including six (6) new and relocating two (2) existing hoods; and related mechanical, electrical, plumbing alterations.
