| Description | The City of Maryville reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, and to accept the best bid for the City as determined by City Officials. The City also reserves the right not to enter into any contract as a result of this bid invitation. It is the intent and purpose of this contract on which bids are sought to assure a competitive bid price on the most efficient and reliable equipment that meets specifications.
