HPS - Gym Carpet and Additional Flooring 2023

Complete removal and installation of carpet in HPS Gymnasium, HPS A-1, A-2, A-4, and Transition Prep Classroom. Gym floor will maintain the same line format on installation of the new floor using a light gray accent color for lines. Gym flooring must include carpet for the stage platform. A-4 will have carpet and tile removal and installation. A-4 will use remnant carpet to cover half the room and the remaining half will install LVT. A-1 and A-2 will be complete room carpet with removal and installation. Install LVT in the OP/PT closet area with district stock tile. Transition will be removal and installation of complete carpet. All rooms will have a new rubber base installed also. Bid must include possible floor sealer for remnant glue bleed thru. Bid must also include a dumpster for all material waste. Vendors must maintain a clean and safe environment of all district property at all times with final cleaning at completion of the project. Bids must be separated into areas of work, Gym, Transition, A-1 and A-2, A-4, and OP/PT Closet.
