RFP - Multi-Building Roof Repair - Rockingham Complex

In response to a request by the Rockingham County Facilities Director, our firm conducted an infrared roof moisture survey at the Rockingham County Complex Pipe Shop, located at 116 North Avenue in Brentwood, NH. The purpose of the survey was to detect the locations and extent of moisture damage to the insulation or roofing board beneath the membrane using non- invasive test methods in conjunction with an ongoing investigation into the source of reported roof leaks. Moisture entrapped within the roofing materials may lead to one or more of the following problems: o Structural degradation of the roof and other building components o Increased weight load to the roof structure o Increased energy losses o Mold and insect infestation o Interior damage due to roof leaks o Reduced serviceable life of the roof Provide all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to repair the following roofs located at the Rockingham County Complex, North Road, Brentwood, NH. There is a infrared scan report included as an attachment for the Pipe Shop roof. Total area scanned was approximately 1,000 square feet of modified bitumen membrane roofing.
