Description

MAC is seeking the professional services of qualified consultants to provide Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing consulting services. All consulting services will be performed under the direction of MAC Staff will include assisting MAC with building studies, design and construction administration for new construction and remodeling projects, and commissioning for our campus facilities. The selected consultant(s) will work closely with MAC Staff (particularly from Airport Development, Information Technology, Trades, and Energy Management Center) and the construction coordination consultant as well as with the airlines and other airport tenants. These services will also require experience with alternative energy technology and sustainable design strategies to support MAC in the development and implementation of its Sustainability Management Plan (SMP).
