Fryklund Hall Instructional Space Renovation - General

Reconfiguration of approximately 11,056 GSF to accommodate the relocation of the Apparel from Heritage Hall in addition to Engineering Technology space needs. The scope includes updates to classrooms and lab amenities and increase the visibility of the student course work in Fryklund Hall and Communication Technology buildings. The remodel of these spaces includes the following scope: Removal of an existing General Classroom from Level 3 Fryklund Hall. Reconfiguration of an existing CADD Lab, Sketch Lab and Apparel Production Lab on Level Fryklund Hall into the following: Maker Labs CADD Lab conference Room Reconfigure of an existing Lab on Level 2 Comm Tech into the following: Maker Lab Testing Lab
