FY 2023 CJAG Road Paving/Repair Project

The Ohio National Guard has a requirement to aw ard a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for the repaving and repair of existing roads at various locations throughout the Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center (CJAG); located at 8451 State Route 5 Ravenna, OH. 44266. Repairs w ill consist of chip & seal, surface repaving and full depth repairs. The base bid w ill consist of on section of road that crack. seal and pothole repairs w ith seven additional option locations (locations outlined in SOW). There w ill be a prebid meeting w ith a site visit on 8/15/2023. Details for the site visit can be found in SECTION 00 21 00 INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS and/or FAR Provision 52.236-27 Alt. 1. The project site is located on CJAG Training Site, 8451 State Route 5 Ravenna OH. 44266. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Code is 237310-Highw ay and Street Bridge Construction. The Size Standard is $45,000,000.00.
