cope #1 – Nellis Meadows: Park Improvements (RP.B0119093) The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Nellis Meadows: Park Improvements and is located at 4949 E. Cheyenne Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. Work consists of the improvements and renovation of an existing 19-acre park as detailed below. Work includes Owner's general requirements pertaining to contract administration and construction coordination as contained in Division 1 - General Requirements of the project specifications. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting and services necessary to construct the project per approved plans and specifications. Construction consists of but is not limited to the following: Demolition and removal of the existing baseball field, demolition and removal of an existing restroom building, demolition and removal of the existing lift station; installation of concrete sidewalks and concrete curbing; installation of a pre-manufactured modular building including all amenities and all utilities; installation of a new pre-manufactured concrete restroom building including all amenities and all utilities; removal and replacement of existing sports light fixtures on existing poles; installation of new sports lights and poles; installation of new plant material and irrigation. installation of new potable water supply lines; installation of a new sewage lift station; new sewer connection for the modular building and the new restroom building as specified. Scope #2 – Nellis Meadows: Irrigation Renovation (RP.B0117023) The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Nellis Meadows: Irrigation Renovation and is located at 4949 E. Cheyenne Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. Work consists of replacement of existing irrigation system replacement and selective landscape improvements of a 19-acre existing park. Work includes Owner's general requirements pertaining to contract administration and construction coordination as contained in Division 1 - General Requirements of the project specifications. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting and services necessary to construct the project per approved plans and specifications. Construction consists of but is not limited to the following: Abandonment of entire existing irrigation; installation of a new irrigation system; repair and replacement of any turf damaged during the irrigation installation as specified. Scope #3 – Nellis Meadows: North Parking Lot Rehabilitation (RP.B0115040) The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Nellis Meadows: North Parking Lot Rehabilitation and is located at 4949 E. Cheyenne Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of repaving an approximately 36,000 sf of existing north parking lot of an existing 19 acres park. Work includes Owner's general requirements pertaining to contract administration and construction coordination as contained in Division 1 - General Requirements of the project specifications. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting and services necessary to construct the project per approved plans and specifications. Construction consists of but is not limited to the following: Site preparation; asphalt pavement, base and subbase removal; forming and installation of concrete curbing; grading, construction of parking lot pavement and base, installation of a concrete valley gutter; pavement striping and painting; parking lot signage replacement, parking block replacement, and other work as shown on the contract documents for the Nellis Meadows Park North Parking Lot project.
