| Description | The City of Fayetteville is accepting sealed bids from properly licensed firms for the construction and restoration of the existing modified bitumen roofing system at the Fayetteville Town Center. Questions regarding this bid should be addressed to Amanda Beilfuss, Sr. Purchasing Agent at abeilfuss@fayetteville-ar.gov. 5% Bid Bond of the amount bid accompanied by required documentation Total Completion Time and Liquidated Damages Including Alternative: Substantial completion shall be 30 consecutive calendar days from the date established in a written notice to proceed. Final completion shall be 15 days after substantial completion. The bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $100.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter.
