| Description | Catch Basin Cleaning Vendors will be notified of the lowest apparent bidder. Wage Rates shall be paid in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, certified check, treasurers, check or cashier's check made payable to the Town of Saugus. The amount shall be five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid, or any portion of same, which is expedient and in public interest.
