| Description | Street Tree Planting Trees shall be planted in the fall after October 15, 2022, and before December 15, 2022. The City reserves the right to modify these dates at its sole discretion. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws. |
