SECO Annual Pest Control Contract

Vendor will provide service for all crawling insects/arachnids including but not limited to ants, roaches, fleas, silverfish, spiders, scorpions, etc. that enter or infest facility structures. Vendor will provide service for flying insects including but not limited to bees, paper wasps, mud daubers, etc. that inhabit the interior or exterior of facility structures. Vendor will also provide service for mice, rats, and squirrels. Vendor will inspect and service the exterior of ALL facility structures listed, on a monthly basis. Service will include eradication of spider webs, mud daubers and paper wasps’ nests. Residual products will also be applied either as liquid, granular, bait or dust applications dependent on seasonal or service issues. Vendor will also inspect and service the interior of all office structures including break areas, restrooms, lobbies, common areas, and offices where appropriate. Products may be liquid, bait or dust applications. All products will be odorless and stainless. All products used will be EPA registered and applied according to industry standards, and SECO Energy will be supplied with all labels and copies of the SDS’s. If sanitation issues exist that inhibits or prohibits control application, the vendor will furnish a sanitation report to SECO Energy recommending corrective measures. Where applicable, vendor will employ integrated pest management techniques including sealing of small cracks or holes where covered pests are entering with caulk, foam or hardware cloth.
