This project is for the new installation of non-electrical, changeable letter signage. Marquee Scope and Features: Provide a new single sided non-electrical, changeable letter signage, ID Cabinet and Pedestal. Marquee Specifications: 1. 3’ tall x 8’ wide x 24” deep (minimum). 2. No LED Signs behind Plastic Face. ID Cabinet Specifications: 1. 1’ tall x 8’ wide x 24” deep. 2. No Aluminum Extrusion Allowed. Pedestal Specifications: 1. 4’ tall x 8’ wide x 24” deep. 2. .063 Aluminum. 3. Internal Steel Support Structure Per Engineering requirements for local code. Site Preparation: 1. Remove Existing Sign down to Grade. 2. New Footer per Engineering next to old sign location. 3. Landscape lighting to illuminate sign face must be included. Installation: 1. All Permit and Variance costs must be included. 2. Landscaping per local zoning code must be included. 3. Complete Installation of Sign must be included. Warranty: 1. 5 year parts replacement warranty on components. 2. Lifetime Warranty on ID Cabinet and Sign Structure.
