Description

James B. Sanderlin Family Service Center will receive sealed bids from a licensed Paving, Building, or General Contractor for the furnishing of all materials and labor for the Repair, Replacement, and Installation of Sidewalks and Ramps located at 2335 22nd Ave. South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. All materials furnished and work performed shall be in accordance with the Specifications and other Contract Documents as prepared by the Owner's Architect. Bidders are encouraged to contact the Owner for a bid package or with any project questions at 727-321-9444. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Awards, if made, will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. This Invitation to Bid is being funded by the City of St. Petersburg Housing & Community Development Department with federal funding contributions
