Bay Road Ditch

It is the Intent of DCSD to solicit quotes for cleaning, clearing, grading and seeding approximately two (2) acres of ditch. Pre-bid Meeting - N/A SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Clean/Clear/mulch approximately 1.5 acres of trees mulch to be left in place 2. Grade existing ditch for positive flow and haul off excavated materials 3. Hydro Seed approximately 2 acres for erosion control, seed, and fertilizer to be mixed by the contractor. Seed to be applied at the rate of 100 lbs per acre; 2,000 lbs mulch per acre with tackifier. Automobile Liability to include all vehicles owned, leased, used by the Contractor and written on an occurrence basis with the same insurer that covers the commercial general liability. 1.Bodily injury minimum limit of $500,000 2.Property damage minimum limit of $50,000 With the District named as an additional insured. Worker's Compensation as required by law and including disease benefit TERMINATION: Subject to the Provisions below, any contract resulting from this proposal may be terminated by the Director of Procurement, provided a thirty (30) days advance notice in writing is given to the contractor.
