1. Milling and resurfacing of approximately 5,325-ft of existing asphalt averaging approximately 18-ft in width. West McLeod Avenue from 3rd Street to Bingham Street South Bingham Street from 2nd Street to Lake Avenue West Mcleod Avenue from Bingham Street to South 3rd Street East McLeod from 6th Street to 7th Street East McLeod Avenue from 7th Street to Dead End North 2nd Street from Eagle Avenue to Pearce Avenue West Brookins Avenue from 2nd Street to 3rd Street North 12th Street from Eagle Avenue to Dead End North 6th Street from Bay Avenue to 8th Street East Lake Avenue from 7th Street to Dead End 2. Installation / replacement of existing striping. 3. Replacement of any signage damaged during construction
