6.99 Acre Softball Complex

To construct two new softball fields, corresponding parking lot, concession/meeting room and all other amenities mentioned in plans provided. The Construction Plans and Specifications Manual will provide a detailed directive for the entire project. All work shall be performed in accordance with contract documents, specifications and Architectural drawings, and all relevant codes, regulation. A. Summary of the project is as follows: (2) – 225’ Lighted Softball Fields- Full clay infield cut out Restroom/Concession/Meeting Building (1 story) Female – 3 stalls, 1 handicap (total of 4) Male – 1 stall, 1 handicap, 2 urinals (total of 4) (2) Paved on-site Parking lots Landscaping/Irrigation as designated on plans Parking lot lighting Field fencing Designated Site furnishings B. The following materials and/or services will be provided by the City of Haines City - Field Lighting – materials and labor for (2) softball fields from designated point of electrical connection at base of pole.
