The college reserves the right to split the award of items on the proposal sheet to one or more vendors. An "all or none" response may be considered if it serves the best interests of the college The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, or any part thereof, and to waive minor technicalities and formalities. The experience, skill, ability, business judgment, financial capacity, integrity, honesty, possession of the necessary facilities and equipment, bonding, previous experience, reputation, promptness, and the estimated completion (or delivery) time of all vendors shall be taken into consideration in the awarding of the contract. If the vendors are unknown to the college or their competency questioned, it shall be understood that they will, upon request, filewith the college, reliable data and references for investigation as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the vendor to provide the contents of this solicitation.
