Water System Improvements - Atlantic Mills Tank Connection to Water Distribution System

Work consists of: Division II – Water System Improvements – Atlantic Mills Tank Connection. The Division II Project consists of erosion control items, re-routing ± 210 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main around the construction zone, extending ± 280 LF of 36" and ± 1240 LF of 24" DIP water main(s) to other connections within the existing water system, one (1) 36" connection, three (3) 24" connections, valves, pavement repair, and miscellaneous items. ALTERNATIVE BID, A Alternative Bid, A, consists of surface repairs at the Oak Haven Avenue/Mailey Avenue intersection and other Oak Haven Park improvements, including + 120 SY concrete sidewalk, + 260 LF concrete curb and gutter, + 120 SY concrete pavement, pavement marking, signage, and miscellaneous items.
