Description | the Project Work consists of upgrading the AV needs in the Town Hall. BIDS: To be considered, Bids must be sealed and addressed to the Town Clerk, Town of Hudson, 980 County Road A, Hudson, WI, 54016. Bids must be endorsed with the name and address of the Bidder and the Project Name for which the Bid is being submitted. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. All potential bidders may submit any questions regarding this bid no later than June 8, 2022, so that they can be reviewed and responded to no later than June 15, 2022. Send questions to the Town Clerk via email at clerk@hudsonwi.town The Town Board will review the bids and if the project is awarded, the award will be made on the basis of the lowest, responsive, responsible qualified Bidder. The bids will be considered at the June 29, 2022, at 5:00 PM at a Special Town Board Meeting. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Town. |
