Central Linn High School CTE Building

The Work consists of a new metal building at Central Linn High School to house the CTE program. Questions will be taken and decisions will be distributed by Addenda. This contract is for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage). Bids will not be considered unless accompanied by certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond made payable to Central Linn School District in an amount equal to 10% of the Base Bid. Interest will not be allowed on bid security. Central Linn School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and to waive informalities in this bid.
