| Description | The Project includes demolition of 2 floors of existing office space proximately 20,600 S.F. Reconstructing and installation of upgraded interior. Finishes, millwork, walls, stairway, courtroom components, power, data, lighting, AV systems, HVAC system, plumbing fixtures, security systems and controls on levels 1 and 2. Selective demolition for new plumbing fixtures/drain lines, new roof openings for solar fixtures, and new floor/shear wall penetrations, infill of abandoned openings. New components and systems are current technology. Elevator finishes & controls will be upgraded. Finishes include glass rail system, acoustic treatments, fire-rated areas, built-in planters, and fine wood work. Project includes high secure areas and elements. A new secured entrance will include replacement of a portion of the exterior curtainwall system with steel supports and ADA door operators. |
