| Description | STIP ID 539503W03 This project will install noise walls in the vicinity of West 19th Ave to reduce the highway noise for adjacent homes and properties. As of March 03, 2023, this project is in design status. Preliminary engineering has begun and environmental design is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2019. The contract advertisement is expected in first quarter of 2027 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the fourth quarter of 2027.
