At this time, hand delivery of the bid can be done at the address provided above. Bids may not be emailed, faxed or transmitted over the telephone. Bidders must submit complete and detailed information of the product or service which Bidder proposes to supply. The right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-13.2 and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law is expressly reserved by the authority of the City Council of the City of Perth Amboy. NOTE: All bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bids will not be received after the time specified for the opening of the bids. The City will deem Bids received after the hour appointed invalid and return unopened to the Bidder. Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the City's website, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening.
