Department of Workforce Services (DWS) Front Back Stair Replacement

Question Submission Close Date 8/15/2022 3:00 PM MDT The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Provo Workforce Services Front And Back Stair Replacement Department of Workforce Services Provo, Utah DFCM PROJECT #23236920 Project Description: Replacement of existing concrete stairs and stair railings at the front and back of the building. Additive Alternates: Additive Alternate 1: Replace select pads of concrete on ramp at the front of the building. This will be part of phase 2 of the project and will need to be completed over a weekend. See design plans for more information. Additive Alternate 2: Replace concrete sidewalk around the building. See design plans for more information. Access to entrances (including ADA access) needs to be maintained during Workforce Services business hours throughout the duration of construction.
