Clark Street Lift Station Rehab

1) Provide and install emergency 4” bypass connection, and all related piping. 2) Remove and replace base elbows provided by the City. 3) Remove all the discharge lines through the existing valve vault. 4) Install 4” HDPE pipe from base elbows to the new check valve. 5) Remove and replace the existing check and plug valves above grade with 4” 6) Include a concrete pad under new check and plug valves. With 1 foot over width and length, where able. 7) Tie 4” into existing 6” discharge line. 8) All fittings and flange piping will be provided with 401 epoxy lining. All bolt packs will be Stainless steel. 9) Provide and maintain necessary bypass pumping to complete scope of work. 10) Clean and sandblast interior of liftstation to remove any existing liner. 11) Install cementitious liner to interior of liftstation. 12) Install 120 mils Raven 405 high build epoxy to interior of liftstation. 13) Remove and replace concrete where necessary to perform work.
