CPS Hearst ES Intercom Replacement

Provide all labor and materials to replace Master head end Intercom station with spare capacity per CPS standards and specifications: Provide data drop from concentrator enclosure located in main office to head end master station. Provide networked intercom system for school wide notification during emergency situations. Remove existing intercom head end phones per CPS standards. Provide 1 station located in main office. Existing master stations to be returned to CPS. Existing intercom speakers and call buttons to remain. Provide alternate pricing#1 for replacement of existing intercom speakers and call buttons in entire building. Reuse existing conduit and wiring. Reuse existing power at each master head end location. Extend conduit and wiring as required. Contractor to visit the site and have walked-thru entire school prior to providing a bid. Mandatory walk-thru date will be sent out with bid documents. Contractor to fully familiarize themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed. Contractor to provide summary of scope of work with name of system and version as part of bid package. Contractor to provide all new IT equipment, cabling and all associated appurtenances for a complete system as required for the upgrade of the intercom to an IP based system. Contractor to adhere to schedule agreed upon by CPS principal and Facilities Contractor to ensure a fully operational system
