**As of August 29, 2022, this project has been awarded to LR Russell oil Producers $17,720.26 and Bangert Well Service,Inc $18,468.00. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources requires the services of suitably qualified Vendors to properly perform plugging and restoration work on multiple sites in Bond, Clinton, Fayette, Madison, Marion and St. Clair Counties, Illinois. The mileage cost shall be for the shortest distance along U. S. or State highways from the CONTRACTOR'S home office to the emergency project site. Non-Rotary Rig - TRANSPORTATION: Rig mileage will be paid for one round trip only. The mileage cost shall be for the shortest distance along U.
