Description

Project will be built in phases. Phase I will consist of 128 units, Phase Ii will consist of 125 units, Phase II will consist of 76 units, a skilled nursing and memory care facility and commercial space is also planned. As of June 15, 2022, plans have been submitted for preliminary zoning approval, and the second reading of the project will be held on May 17, 2022 at the City Council meeting. An architect has been selected. Developer is self-performing. A timeline for construction has not yet been determined. *This project is seeking CON (Certificate of Need) approval.
