The Project includes the renovation/ conversion of an existing retail tenant space most recently a charter school and previously a Walmart and located at 279 S Bickett Blvd within Franklin Plan in Louisburg, NC. The space is approximately 35,909 square feet and will accommodate county offices and program space for several county agencies. Renovations will consist primarily of selective demolition and associated new work, new paint and finished throughout, new entry and exterior ramp, and all associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and fire sprinkler work.
