| Description | The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide this service. The contractor shall remove Trash, Compostable, Recyclables, and provide debris box service, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Central California Health Care System, 2615 East Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. The Contractor shall perform and accomplish all work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. Waste shall be disposed of at a permitted Class III sanitary landfill under the provisions set forth by the California Integrated Waste Management Board. The contractor shall assume full responsibility for compliance with all Federal, State, County and City laws, rules and regulations governing the services provided by Contractor under this contract. |
