Description

When the CTDOT paved Route 1 last fall, they paved over manholes owned by the Town of Groton Water Pollution Control Division (WPCD). This project intends to raise and expose covers to provide access to sewers by adjusting the grade of thirty-one (31) manholes. Manhole Extension Rings will be provided by the Town.
