Description

Provide clean up and maintenance of storm water retention ponds located throughout the District. The scope of the maintenance includes but is not limited to clearing trees and other vegetation in and around storm water retention ponds, repairing erosion in and around storm water retention ponds, clearing debris from water inlets and outlets, repairing erosion damage to slopes and other areas in and around storm water retention ponds, repairing sediment controls in retention ponds and restoring retention ponds to the full intended purpose and function. The cleanup and maintenance of the retention ponds must be in compliance with all mandatory county and state regulations and requirements. The District reserves the right to include additional sites located on District property as our District expands, opens new schools and acquires new property under current contract terms and conditions at negotiated costs.
