Description

Estimated Amount for Solicitation: $3,057,285.20 The project consists of the construction of approximately 700 linear feet of 12-inch gravity wastewater main, approximately 2,400 linear feet of 10-inch force main, a 1,600 gpm lift station, and all associated appurtenances. The project is generally located on the north side of Loyola Lane, approximately 500 feet east of Ed Bluestein Boulevard. The work to be performed under this contract shall include all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the complete construction of 220 linear feet of 2-inch HDPE waterline, 59 linear feet of 12-inch DI wastewater line, 700 linear feet of 12-inch PVC wastewater line, 2,010 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE wastewater line, 127 linear feet of 15-inch PVC wastewater line, 17 linear feet of 18-inch PVC wastewater line, trench safety and associated manholes in depths ranging up to 29 vertical feet, 400 linear feet of horizontal directional drilling, 365 linear feet of jacking or boring, erosion controls and seeding. Also included in the contract is the installation of tri-plex submersible sewage lift station with initial capacity of 800 gpm (single pump), associated appurtenances including 38.14 vertical feet depth wet well, valve vault, concrete pads, building, odor control, bubbler system, wet well wizard, controls, coating and paint, electrical and telephone service, generator, and site elements including water service, lighting, HMAC pavement, concrete ribbon curb, fencing with mow strip, detention pond and grading.
