| Description | The Agreement shall be in effect for three (3) years from date of award. The Village of Niles reserves the right to renew the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, subject to acceptable performance by the Contractor. At the end of any contract term, the Village of Niles reserve the right to extend this contract for a period of up to sixty (60) days for the purpose of getting a new contract in place. |
