Study and Design for Trauma-Informed Design Upgrades, Retrofits, and Renovation

Project categories may include: 1. Development of design standards and implementation toolkits for EOHHS agencies that seek trauma informed approach to design interventions. 2. Feasibility and planning studies, cost analysis, alternatives study for specific projects. 3. Architectural programming, planning and design 4. Interior design 5. Landscape design; design of exterior and interior play spaces 6. Building code review, ADA compliance review, and facilities condition assessment. 7. Complete study and design documentation, preparation of bidding documents, bidding administration, project administration, project close out, commissioning, or associated function 8. Mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, energy management, and commissioning and compliance with Executive Order 594, where applicable.
