| Description | The Spring cleanup shall take place before the first mowing, typically during the third week in April. Debris is defined as leaves, grass clippings, twigs, branches, trash, any gravel, rock, payment, sod, loam, etc. All debris must be removed from the site and properly disposed of by the contractor. The Fall cleanup shall take place after November 1st .
