| Description | The City of Virginia Beach (the City) Public Works Department is accepting sealed proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations for furnishing new Drilled Anchor Piles (DAP) and drilling adapter key for small pedestal pole foundations These DAPs will be used in lieu of concrete foundations (PF-2 and/or PA-3,4) that are presently used for small pole installations for standalone pedestrian signal assemblies, pedestal signal assemblies mounted either in the median or along the roadside, school zones signage, and other types of small foundation needs |
