Description

As of August 2, 2022, this solicitation is in the negotiation phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Contractor shall provide professional architectural and engineering design services to complete Phase II for the Kalsin Bay Maintenance station project. The building was damaged by fire in 2014 and replaced in 2019. The reconstructed facility is a 4,100 SF steel frame building with three (3) maintenance bays and an adjoining office, break room, and bathroom. Phase II consists of miscellaneous remaining scope items needed for full functionality and reliability of the rebuilt maintenance station. Scope items include but are not limited to; resolving miscellaneous building envelope issues, domestic water upgrades, wastewater holding tank modifications, fuel tank modifications, provision of an emergency generator, adding building monitoring/SCADA system, and telecom upgrades.
