Description Provide design-build construction services: Contractor to provide design and construction services to upgrade the Golf Course Club House and food preparation equipment. The areas included in the renovation are; existing snack bar, serving area, kitchen & storage, dining room, restrooms, locker rooms, corridor and covered wood deck adjacent to dining room. Project shall include new concrete sidewalk interconnecting the existing sidewalk to the covered patio and proposed grille area. The design shall utilize existing space to its maximum advantage for both customer service and food preparation and provide attractive and professional aesthetic appearance and service through new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, signage, food prep/service equipment and aesthetic lighting. The design shall utilize existing mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems to the maximum extent possible, while maintaining code compliance. The existing kitchen exhaust hoods shall be reused at the current locations. Minor modifications to the existing fire suppression system incorporated in the hoods will be acceptable.
