Description

Under this bid package, Contractors shall provide the necessary trades, for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction of a Rotary Gardens Comfort Station to be located at 1455 Palmer Drive in Janesville, WI 53545. Base bid will include approximately 900 square feet of new construction. The work which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete, precast concrete plank, metal fabrication, metal deck, masonry, cast stone, aluminum clad windows, wood doors, hollow metal frames, painting, waterproofing, metal roofing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and others. To assure proper coordination and completion of each bid package under this Project, the Contractor shall collaborate with all trades and material suppliers. A formal pre-bid meeting is not planned. Prospective Bidders may visit the site and observe all existing conditions. Failure to visit the site or failure to examine any and all Contract Documents will in no way relieve the successful Bidder from necessity of furnishing any materials or equipment, or performing any work, that may be required to complete the work in accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual. Neglect of the above requirements will not be accepted as reason for delay in the work or additional compensation. Rotary Gardens reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid or bids, which best serve the interests of the owner.
