Description HVAC companies to replace two (2) compressors per the scope of work. This contract includes furnishing and installing all equipment, materials, labor, and services necessary to provide a complete and operating mechanical systems for the buildings. The work to be performed at Midlands Technical College, Airport Campus located at 1260 Lexington Drive, West Columbia, S.C. 29170 is: 1. Provide Labor and material to replace two (2) compressors: a. Academic Center Building Chiller #2 (Model Number RTAA-125), Compressor #2 (Serial Number N16H02681) 60 ton. b. Academic Student Center Chiller #3 (Model Number RTAA-090), Compressor #2 (Serial Number UA0C7862) 40 ton. 2. Work must be performed by OEM trained technicians. The technicians must be qualified and experienced in keeping the specified equipment/software in proper operating condition, must be proficient in the operation, repair and programming of identified systems. 3. Perform oil refrigerant lab analysis to determine contaminants 4. Remove and store existing refrigerant for recharging chiller upon completion of compressor replacements 5. Remove old compressors/motors including crane and rigging needed for old and new 6. Install TRANE remanufactured compressors to include new gaskets throughout 7. Recharge and leak test refrigerant circuits 8. Provide five (5) years parts and labor warranty 9. Include a one (1) year maintenance agreement with four (4) year option to renew Maintenance agreement to include: a. Annual shut down b. Condenser coil cleaning, one (1) per year c. Oil Analysis: One (1) Mid-season inspection and report d. One (1) Operational inspection and report
